That little shoe is a very small reproduction of a Victorian shoe that some fashionable lady might wear. It was a gift to me, and I have drawn it several times, and I offer it to my drawing class when they want to be challenged. The pearls are my mother’s, which I have, but seldom wear, as I don’t like things around my neck.
