FIXING SUPPER

A friend presented me with a bag containing those red and yellow peppers. I think she wanted me to do them in Egg Tempera for the Genesis Series, but I had done them already. I got all enthused about making stuffed peppers and so off to the supermarket to buy ingredients. It took 3 days to get the photograph I wanted and by then I was not in a mood to make stuffed peppers, and I don’t even like them that much, so in the end I cut everything up and threw it into a saute pan and made it into a “combo” dinner. It was very good that way!
